Today, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re joining forces with Instacart, the technology-driven, nationwide on-demand grocery delivery service, to continue our mission on a larger, more impactful scale than ever before.
Unata’s fully customizable white-label solution spans the entire digital grocery experience, including eCommerce, list-building, the digital circular, digital loyalty, and full website. By bridging our platform with Instacart’s technology and scale, we can finally offer brick-and-mortar retailers a one-stop shop for the full slate of their digital needs that will help them compete even more in this increasingly digital age.
After getting to know each other, we quickly realized joining forces made perfect sense. We have long shared a vision of innovating the grocery industry, and now – by combining our talented teams, cultures and innovative products – we can achieve this vision even faster.

Unata’s headquarters will remain in Toronto, and our name and brand will stay the same. Instacart will continue to invest in innovation and resources for both Unata and Instacart as the companies merge into a single powerhouse platform.
