Automated Personalization

Our Prophet module combines a series of modular algorithms (Co-Purchase Analysis, Content-based Profiling, Collaborative Filtering, Closed 
Loop). Applied to the retailer's product catalogue, current specials, and customer purchase histories, it automatically presents each user with the most relevant offers and products upon "log in" with their loyalty ID.  Additionally, all customer behavior across the digital channels are tracked and mapped back to each individuals’ user profile; this data is then leveraged to enhance our personalization technology.

Targeted Offers

Through a web-based dashboard, the Retailer can access Entice to send out targeted points and discount-based offers to their shoppers, all in real time. The offers can be targeted based on customer shopping histories, demographic info, data collected via Unata's platform, and more.


Full Purchase Cycle Analytics

Through the Entice web dashboard, the Retailer can track analytics that span the entire purchase cycle for every individual SKU. Monitor the number of views and times a product was added to cart, the number of times that converted into a sale, and how users rated and reviewed the product post-purchase. This will allow the Retailer to make faster and more intelligent business decisions about their product assortment and how best to target their promotions.


Seamless Integrations

Thanks to Unata's expertise in back-end integrations, we've built a flexible vendor-certified API to simplify the integration between the Unata platform and a retailer’s existing back-end systems, whether it be SAP Process Integration, Oracle Retail Integration Bus, Microsoft BizTalk Server, AS400, or a custom solution. Incorporating ESOA (Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture) or RESTful best practices, the API can consume JSON or XML output allowing retailers to choose one of three different methods for integration: Service calls via Integration Engine, Direct Service Calls, or Service calls to a custom broker. Our platform is also SAP Certified, enabling faster integrations with SAP customers. 


Flexible CMS for Rapid Iteration

Thanks to Unata's flexible content management system, which includes A/B testing, real-time analytics and targeting based on both store location and user, retailers can quickly test different content, offers and features, enabling them to determine their relevance to the customer and corresponding impact on sales. As a result, the retailer will be able to derive the optimum mix content for each set of customers that maximizes ROI and customer satisfaction.


Monetize Vendor Access

Retailers can monetize their data and their shoppers’ digital engagement via Entice, providing their vendors with the ability to view SKU-level product analytics and send out targeted offers. Through Entice, the retailer can manage each vendor’s level of data visibility and can approve targeted vendor offers before they are made available to shoppers. With various metrics being tracked for each targeted offer, the retailer can charge vendors based on either CPM or CPA.

Through Unata's API, our platform can communicate with 3rd party systems to accomodate & support existing business logic from CRM systems, support external marketing efforts by providing targeted lists, and output data tracked by the platform to sophisticated BI tools. 


Points Currency Enablement

For retailers who don’t currently have a loyalty program or points system, Unata’s platform enables the creation of a new white-labeled points currency and provides all the tools to create & manage customer accounts, manage accumulation structures and tiers, and set redemption thresholds. All accumulation structures are built to interface with Entice, empowering the retailer to reward shoppers for both transactions and digital behaviours such as list creation, location-based check-ins, sharing to social networks, ratings/reviews, and combinations thereof.
